PROJECT MANAGER
WEST LONDON - SALARY: £30-38K DOE

Leading London based landscape company renown for the design and construction of high end residential projects in West London seeks a Project Manager. He/she will be mostly site based looking after 2-3 projects at any one time with values generally between £100K and £1m. As PM you will be responsible for the smooth running of each contract ensuring that work is completed on time, within agreed budgets and to the high standard of workmanship expected. Candidates must have proven experience of managing similar high end, high specification and often complex projects.

SOLE GARDENER
NORTH HERTFORDSHIRE - SALARY: £22-25K

Sole gardener required for a 24acre estate with large formal gardens in North Hertfordshire. The grounds comprise of 12 acres of paddocks with gardens consisting of lawns, shrubberies, borders, hedging, and a large patio area with an abundance of pots and planters. There is also a vegetable garden plus orchard. The owners also have a number of geese and chickens and it will be the responsibility of the gardener to look after these on a daily basis. Candidates must have excellent craft gardening skills combined with good horticultural knowledge. You must have a passion for gardening and plants with the ability and enthusiasm to work closely with the owners in carrying out further development of the gardens. It is also important that you hold a current driving licence and are able to drive a tractor which is used for cutting the paddocks.

AREA MANAGER (SOUTH)
SKEGNESS - SALARY: £28,636 -£32,800

Salary:£28,636 to £32,800 per annum (Grade 7)

37 hours per week (some out of hours working required)

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join the East Lindsey District Council’s Neighbourhoods Service.

Based at Skegness, you will manage three Street Scene area teams covering the Southern half of East Lindsey district. These area teams provide a wide range of frontline services to improve the local area, including street cleansing, grounds maintenance, and the cleansing of public conveniences.

You will also engage with local communities, parish and town councils to deliver high quality local services.

Whilst experience of street scene operations is desirable, having horticultural knowledge is essential, as is experience of health and safety regulations.

We are looking for a forward thinker who is able to develop our new ways of working and has the ability to motivate staff.

EXPERIENCED GARDENER
BERKSHIRE - SALARY: £EXCELLENT + POSS AC

An Experienced Gardener is required who will be responsible for producing vegetables and flowers to plan and for planning for the future.
