An experienced Gardener/Estate Manager is sought to assume sole responsibility for the upkeep of a 2 hectare estate in the South of France (near St Tropez). Due to the nature and location of the position consideration will only be given to single candidates who can fluently speak and write in French. Applications are invited from experienced gardeners who have a good knowledge of Mediterranean plants and who exhibit good career stability. In addition to gardening duties he/she will be responsible for a number of DIY/maintenance duties. Candidates must expect to work long hours. It is essential that candidates have previously worked within a private estate environment and have achieved good horticultural qualifications and extensive experience. It is also expected that the candidate will be an animal lover.
