Our client, a leading commercial grounds maintenance company operating nationwide, are seeking an experienced Contract manager to join their fast growing business. You will be responsible for delivering consistent maintenance service and acquiring new business, managing field teams to deliver maintenance work on time and to the specified standard. You will have the ability to price and sell landscaping work as well as additional works required to existing contracts. To sell work successfully, the contract manager will have to develop successful working relationship with local clients and decision makers. Essentially you will have 2 to 3 years practical experience as well as management experience in a service business and hold a current qualification in horticulture.
